John D. Mickels

John D. Mickels, 64, of Sulpher Springs Road, Pattersonville, NY; passed away Friday, November 26, 2021 at home.

Born in Amsterdam, NY on July 29, 1957, he was the son of the late William and Carol Mickels.

John received his education at St. Mary’s Institute and graduated from Bishop Scully High School in Amsterdam.

He was last employed by White Mop Wringer Company in Fultonville, NY.

John is survived by one daughter, Danielle Schaufelberg, two sons, Joshua D. and Jonathan D. Mickels, one brother, Mark Mickels and six grandchildren.

Cremation was held at Park View Crematory in Schenectady, NY.

It was John’s request that no calling hours or funeral services are held.
