Dawnn R. Owens

Dawnn R. Owens, 62, of Amsterdam, NY; passed away Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at Albany Medical Center in Albany, NY.

Born March 19, 1959 in Glen Cove, LI; NY, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Crawford (Donna) and Gertrude Whelan Crawford.

Dawnn received her education in the Oyster Bay, LI; NY school system.

She was a homemaker and also a part time Home Healthcare Aide.

Dawn is survived by one son, Robert Whiteman and his companion Emily of La Vergne, TN; four daughters, Shannon Countryman (Dean) of St. Johnsville, NY; Jessica Harrington (Danny) of Sharon Springs, NY; Sherri Owens of Amsterdam and Carrie Owens of Troy, NY; seven grandchildren, one sister, Charlotte Young (Harry) of Fort Plain, NY; one brother, Joseph Crawford (Susan) of Huntington, LI; NY, one step-brother, William Brower and one step sister, Cathy Callaghan (Jimmy) of Huntington, LI; NY. Nieces and nephews also survive.

Relatives and friends are invited to a memorial gathering Saturday, February 5, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. to noon at the Riley Mortuary Inc., 110 Division Street, Amsterdam, NY 12010.
