Andrew Van Vlack

Andrew Joseph Van Vlack, 16, of Locust Avenue, Amsterdam, NY; passed away Tuesday morning July 1, 2014 at home.

Born in Glens Falls, NY on November 29, 1997, he was the son of David and Cheryl Evans Van Vlack.

Andrew is survived by his parents, one sister, Rubecka Ann Petruci of Perth, NY; two brothers, David Robert Van Vlack Jr., of Lake George, NY and Brian Daniel Van Vlack of Saratoga Springs, NY, and his maternal grandmother, Shirley Evans of Amsterdam. One aunt, five uncles, several cousins and his pet dog, Kane also survive Andrew.

A memorial service for Andrew will be private, and held at the convenience of the family.
