Rosemary Prall

Rosemary Prall, 53, of 4th Avenue, Amsterdam, NY; passed away at home Sunday April 12, 2015.

Born on September 8, 1961, she was the daughter of Lonson and Vera McCartney Britton.

Rosemary received her education and graduated from the Mexico, NY school system and was last employed as a housekeeper.

Rosemary is survived by her parents of Chase City, VA., one son, Peter K. Compeau Jr., of North Carolina, three daughters, Erica L. Compeau and Lisa M. Hodkins both of Amsterdam, NY., and Jennifer S. Compeau of Watertown, NY; two brothers Lonson S. Britton and George M. Britton III, both of Chase City, VA., two sisters, Debra Britton – Cash of Constantia, NY, and Belinda Henderson of Mexico, NY and nine grandchildren. Aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.

Funeral services will be held Thursday morning at 11:00 at the Riley Mortuary, Inc., 110 Division Street, Amsterdam, NY 12010

Interment will be at Pleasant Lawn Cemetery, Parish, NY.

Relatives and friends are invited to call from 10:00 to 11:00 prior to the funeral services at the Riley Mortuary.
