Roger Ohler

Roger Michael Ohler, 68, of Prospect Street, Amsterdam, NY; passed away Thursday March 20, 2014 at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady, NY.

Born in Queens, New York on January 16, 1946, he was the son of the late Michael and Agnes Marincel Ohler.

Roger received his education in the New York City school system.

Roger retired as a bookkeeper from Pan-American Airlines in New York City.

He is survived by his family and friends, Raymond and Barbara Sefrin, Stacy and Vito Carlucci, Raymond and Michelle Sefrin, Bill and Gabriela Battle, Agnes Hernandez, J.R., cousins and his cat, Midnight.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at noon at the Riley Mortuary, Inc. 110 Division Street, Amsterdam, NY.

Interment will take place at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Fort Johnson, NY.

Relatives and friends are invited to call at the Riley Mortuary from 11:00 to noon prior to the service.
