Patricia Ann Posluszny

Patricia Ann Burton Posluszny, 81, of Hagaman, NY, passed away Wednesday, December 13, 2023.

Born in Amsterdam, NY on November 30, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Francis and Clementine Czelusniak Burton.

Pat received her education in the Amsterdam school system and was a graduate of Wilbur H. Lynch Senior High School. She retired as an LPN from Amsterdam Memorial Hospital.

Pat was associated with many local organizations.

On June 29, 1963, Patty was united in marriage to Peter Posluszny who predeceased her on July, 10, 2011.

Pat is survived by two daughters, Susan Cook of Gloversville, NY and Lori Posluszny of Amsterdam, one brother, James F. Burton of Amsterdam, one sister, Jane Button of Gloversville, five grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and two nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to a memorial gathering from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Tuesday December 19, 2023 at the Riley Mortuary, Inc., 110 Division Street, Amsterdam, NY 12010..

Interment will take place this spring at St.Stephen's Cemetery, Hagaman,NY.
