Mildred Ann Diblasi

Mildred Ann “Milli” DiBlasi, 64, formerly of Amsterdam, NY; and most recently of Albany, NY; passed away Friday evening December 7, 2018 at St. Peter’s Hospital in Albany.

Born in Amsterdam, NY on May 9, 1954, she is the daughter of Frank DiBlasi and the late Agnella H. (Marshall) Martuscello DiBlasi.

Milli graduated from Wilbur H. Lynch High School in 1972 with honors and was also a member of the Honor Society. She continued her education and graduated from SUNY at Potsdam with a B.A. in English and minor in music.

She was last employed as a proof reader for New York State Legislative Bill Drafting Commission in Albany NY.

Milli was a former communicant and parishioner of St Michael the Archangel Church in Amsterdam and presently at St. Mary’s Church in Albany.

Milli was also a former member of the Kiwanis Club in Amsterdam and enjoyed playing the piano.

She is survived by her father, Frank DiBlasi of Amsterdam and many cousins and friends.

Funeral services will be held Thursday December 13, 2018 at 1:30 p.m. at the Riley Mortuary, Inc., 110 Division Street, Amsterdam, NY 12010, with Fr. Pascal Iannotti officiating.

Relatives and friends are invited to call from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. prior to the service.

Interment will take place in the spring at St. Michael’s Cemetery, Amsterdam.
