Jacob Matthew Martuscello

Jacob Matthew Martuscello, 24, passed away May 11, 2022 in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

Born in Amsterdam, NY on June 30, 1997, he was the son of Timothy M. and Leigh R. Harrington Martuscello.

Jacob received his education in the Amsterdam school system and was employed as a customer service representative in Florida.

Jacob is survived by his parents, one brother, Mark Martuscello of Johnstown, NY; one sister, Jacquelyn Martuscello of Amsterdam, one nephew, Kiernan Walsh, his maternal grandfather, James Harrington, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Jacob was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Frank and Willetta Martuscello and his maternal grandmother Elizabeth Anderson (Charles).

Funeral services will be held Thursday morning, May 19, 2022 at 10:15 at the Riley Mortuary, Inc., 110 Division Street, Amsterdam, followed at 11:00 by a Mass of Christian Burial, that will be celebrated at St. Mary’s Church, 156 East Main Street, Amsterdam with the Very Rev. O. Robert DeMartinis V.F. officiating.

Interment will follow at St. Mary’s cemetery, Fort Johnson, NY.

Calling hours are Wednesday May 18, 2022 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Riley Mortuary.
