Anne C. Busseno

Anne C. Busseno, 88, of Amsterdam, NY; passed away Saturday, February, 11, 2023 at St. Mary’s Healthcare in Amsterdam.

Born in Amsterdam on June 19, 1934, she was the daughter of Thomas and Anna Mae Gahr Mackie.

Anne was a graduate of Wilbur H. Lynch Senior High School in Amsterdam and retired from Bretton Industries, Inc. of Amsterdam.

Anne was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and also its Altar Guild.

She enjoyed bowling and was a member of the 5th Ward Bowling League.

Her Husband, Howard, whom she married February 28, 1954, passed away on Anne’s birthday June 19, 2016. Anne is survived by her son, William E. Busseno of Angola, NY; three grandchildren, Madison, Eric and Daniel Busseno, her sister in law, Theresa Malley, nieces and nephews.

Calling hours are Wednesday, February 15, 2023 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Riley Mortuary,Inc.,110 Division Street, Amsterdam, NY 12010

Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 16, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at the Riley Mortuary with Rev. William T. Hodgetts officiating.

Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Amsterdam,
