It has been many years since I last saw Tony. We were classmates going all the way back to elementary school. The shocking news of his passing brings back many memories, all the way back to seeing and hearing him playing the trumpet in the barber shop, but especially from our times the AHS band. Of course I remember him as a gifted musician but also as a nice person with a great sense of humor. My condolences to the family.

Lucy and family, I am so heartbroken to hear of Tony's passing. I have so many memories of growing up on James Street with him, I can still hear the sound of his trumpet as he practiced in the barber shop. Tony was such a kind and compassionate person, after Josh passed he visited my mom and I for years and was a wonderful friend to our family. Tony will always have a special place in my heart and will be remembered fondly. I am so sorry for your loss and sending my love and prayers to you and Tony's family.
